The Big Day!

When we woke up this morning, our goal was to help Lydia understand all the excitement taking place in her family. We started out the day by letting her pick out a present for her new baby brother before we headed to the hospital to meet him.

Lydia was so excited by the time we got to the room, that she could hardly contain herself...she definately understood that she was meeting Baby Joshua for the first time! That first meeting was everything we could have hoped for...she was in awe! She had the sweetest smile on her face and kept "ooing" and "ahhing" the whole time! It was adorable!
They had plenty of time as a family with all of us there to capture it on film...a memory in the making! I have to admit that I was rather happy myself to meet my new grandson...Joshua James Nordgren Jr. is adorable!
